- Overseeing contents cleaning division
- Overseeing logistics, flow and organization of warehouse
- Ensuring staff are trained on cleaning, packing, listing, drying, and vaulting techniques
- Keeping warehouse, supplies and vehicles organized
- Daily managing/dispatching contents crews
- Work closely with Emergency department; coordinating teams to attend jobs in efficient manner
- Ensuring department paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Evaluating and improving the efficiency of business processes as needed
- Coaching, supervising and giving feedback to staff
- Communicating with homeowners and adjusters when required
- Quoting and estimating on jobs
